Kinda misleading if you ask me. Caveat emptor I guess.

In other news.... NIVO managed to @(#&46 up my first ever order with them, "eish meneer, nada stock", thereby tarnishing my view of them to a great extent. No one seemed to have bothered to contact me about my order I made a week back. So nice of them. I had to call them... to find out wth is going on. Is is really that much of an effort to expect some degree of service in this country?

My sincere apologies for not informing you about your order for a whole week!

I have taken the issue with our staff and actions will be taken to reduce the chance of this happening in the future.

I am working around the clock on the NIVO back-end in an effort to automate our processes to an extent where there is much less dependency on somebody doing their job properly (as it never happens, there is always "I forgot", or "I was too busy", or ... !), so that things as important as informing a customer of the status of his/her order is done in an automated manner, rather than relying on somebody to do their job and click a button.

Sadly, our suppliers are not cooperating in this automation venture, making my life very difficult. They prefer to pay 20 people a monthly salary to sit on the phone and answer questions like "do you have stock" or "what is the ETA" rather than replace them with 1 computer which cost less than the monthly salary of those 20 people, makes much less mistakes, and it is far more efficient and reliable. Sad but true.

id13, I really appreciate your patience and understanding, and believe me, I am far more upset than you are when something like this happens, as this is totally counterproductive to my goal: bring USA/Europe-like online shopping experience (or event better) to South Africans.

i have had it since feb. it is an awseoms screen. so big. internet surfing on it is just so brilliant. also games look sweet. dont play to much, but mustly watch hd video and it is sweet.
