I had a 47 inch, but had to take it back and get an LG. Since you can't really use it for a PC screen, since there is no "just scan" function and you have to adjust the resolution on the PC and not the screen. If you going to use it for a TV, its great. Quality and brightness seemed as good as the similar samsungs I compared it to.

My kids now want an Xbox for Christmas - of which I will own a one-third share (hey, I want to play Red Dead Redemption). From what I've seen, btgames.co.za have pretty keen prices. I'd like Kinect included, but the one kid would like a half way decent game pack (like Fables 3). Where's the best prices for the 250GB?

Tomorrow 24 Hours Only are gonna have Euroline 42" Full HD Plasmas on special for much less then the R4999 RRP, probably R3999. Too bad the deal will only be valid for 24 hours. Seeing deals like these makes me feel like crying.

By the way, from what I've gathered, Euroline uses the Samsung v4 panel in their plasma's so it should have very good picture quality.

Sounds fishy. I can't recall ever seeing a 42" Full HD plasma in SA. I can't seem to find a product website for Euroline as well.

You can get an AMD X6 1055T for R1950, AMD X6 1075T for R2230 and 2GB DDR3 1333MHz for R270!
from like Prophecy Shop, and most likely from all the other decent online shops in SA.
