Any really good prices out there for the following?
* Ext HDD for personal back-up and for local media server. Min 2TB, prefer 3TB. (I believe that a HDD that itn't powered through USB may be better).
* SD Card. Also to be used to transfer media files. (For this port "1 x SD/MMC card reader")

In both instances I'm looking for reliability at best value for money. Not necesarily the cheapest although... cheap helps too :-)

I have ordered 3 items from them on 3 different occasions - although their website confirmed available stock on hand, I was unable to get them to actually confirm the stock, therefore the orders were cancelled.

Unfortunately on 2 occasions they called me offering something totally different, which I declined; the third occasion I actually went with their suggestion of another item in stock and "ready to ship", only to find out 2 days later that they don't have stock - again the order was cancelled - kind of beats the object of ordering something specific imo...

Their customer service is great, if only they actually sold something...
 
Used them once or twice... no issues, good prices, good service and I have personal experience with First Technology.

If memory serves, I was also a little paranoid about the lack of "https" so I just phoned them to place my order.
 
I have used them twice and pricing has been good/competitive. Delivery was quick. Communication was decent but not outstanding.
