Morning All

Unfortunately the transcend distributor sent through an updated stock on hand file on Friday where they had massively dropped the price on that line but there was only 1 unit available in their warehouse. Even if we were to lean on the supplier to honour the price (which we normally would if the price is in their price update) we unfortunately can't get stock to fulfil any orders, there really are just none available. Apologies for this!

So the lesson learned ... if any automatic price update differ more than 20%, check it manually before uploading it to a live production site. :p

We have a lot of checks and balances in place -- unfortunately we process millions of lines daily as part of our pricing and stock on hand updates and there are hundreds of legitimate drops that clock in at way over the 20% mark so a manual check is not really feasible -- we're looking at further ways to catch more exceptions like this one without cutting off the water on all the specials that we do want to pass on to you as quickly as possible

Have PM'd you. It's still R68.00 on your site though, do you still need to correct the price there?

True, but it would've been cheaper if I bought straight from Pimoroni.co.uk - seriously, 4 pounds for shipping from UK to SA is less than I paid for JHB to CPT. Nonetheless, nobody else had them - in the world (Clarkson voice)
And they've been good with updates from couriers etc. so far. And FAST - already in Cape Town - just got notification. Not feeling so bad about that extra 100 bucks now

Edit: AND it's arrived. Ordered Monday night, received early Wednesday morning. Excellent.
