Best value for money earphones, probably on the planet, amazing sound. Also for once all the media buttons work on Android(iOS it's only play/pause/answer and mic).

This is the cheapest I've seen them before, Gearbest sell the Genuine thing(the Chinese now counterfeit other popular Chinese brands) and I have ordered these headphones on 2 separate occasions from Gearbest without any hassles. Just pay the extra R10 or so for a tracking number.

Well that's info from an inside source. Don't think they advertise it, but they're supposed to honour it nonetheless. It's part of the daily deals thing, they're supposed to be the cheapest you can get those items.
Easy enough to check - just email that link and see what they say.

Not personally but I'd see what Xiaomi Bluetooth headphones they have at Gearbest, they have lots of user reviews, otherwise I'm sure there'd be some bt ones of other brands that are good and cheap.

ETA about 2 months. Depends mostly on the mood of the SAPO. (Usually takes about 2 weeks to get to JHB, then 6 weeks to get anywhere else outside of the customs building). Same for landed price - depends if they bother to check the package and ask for your invoice. They probably won't if you only order the headphones, as the package will be small.
Either way, they'll only charge VAT on $16.50, so it won't be much.

(Based on experience of 3 recent orders from GB and 2 from Dx)

I have been burned with those reviews. My android TV box had superb reviews on gearbest but was the most unstable piece of crap ever. Looked elsewhere for reviews and everyone except the gearbest users agreed with my personal experience.

Supposed to be VAT on 110% of the value, so 14% on $18.139 plus the minor disbursement fee. Although its under R500 so there should be no VAT whatsoever. So yes, depends on their mood. :D

Currently in Hong Kong. This is a good price. Was just at the Mi Home store in Mongkok and they go for HKD199.

Convinced a friend to get some, despite his misgivings that Chinese brand headphones can't be that great he reluctantly ordered some, him and his wife were blown away. Compared to stock say iPhone buds they are in a whole different realm, they are not far from hitting audiophile grade.

Awei A920BL Earphones

+ magnets on the sides, so when you take them off, they can stick to each other, keeping a round circle around your neck
+ dirt cheap
+ cheap, so may as well buy 2 pairs
+ good quality sound for the price

I bought myself, and my spouse, and my brother a pair.

That's a crazy good price, what's the battery life and sound quality like?
