has any1 ordered an item from orange?

Hey,I have ordered a tablet for myself from orange and have made payment via eft.It has been more than 3 working days and i haven't received any feedback from them.I am pretty ocd and sent proof of payment to the email on site,as well as [email protected].I have called the call centre and i am just advised that it takes a few days from fnb to nedbank.thanx

Yeah I ordered a phone from them before. Sunday evening, arrived Wednesday from the UK
But refunds are quite an issue!

Yea: their prices might be good but it's been one of my worst experiences buying online from them. Their server crashed while doing an online payment, a month later and I'm still trying to get my money back.

Also waiting over a week for an item that they indicated was in stock, had the option of part shipment which I decided to do after 3 days and still nothing, also no replies to emails. Going to call them tomorrow

Ordered 3 separate devices from them with no issues.
