Over here it just bounces in the dock for a few minutes, then crashes the moment you click on it. Pity, that 25 GB of storage was very tempting.
I'm running 10.7.3 BTW
EDIT: OK, here's the trick: ONLY use the Mac's built-in Archive Utility to unzip the Skydrive package. Using either iUnarchive or The Unarchiver resulted in an .app bundle that looked OK, but must have been deficient in some way. Weird, The Unarchiver is usually stone reliable. Hope this helps somebody out there.
