Has anyone here "wall mounted' a 32 sinotech lcd?

I mounted my 32 sinotech lcd about a year ago - you remove the plate on the bottom where the lcd sits on, but I was left with the metal part that plugs into the bottom plate - like the neck of the thing......this i cant seem to see any screws that remove it and i dont want to force the thing off, that's if it actually comes off.

Anyway it was hidden from view but I recently changed my home theatre unit so now it sticks out and looks silly.

I assume the 42 inch is the same?

OK - i feel like such a tool, took the thing off the wall and had a "proper" look - 4 screws the same metal colour as the part i want to remove.

Also take the screw out the H of Sinotech
