Hi,
I recently received another spam sms stating that I must sms this number to stop services. I have received many in the past and have ignored them all due to the fact that I know I didnt ask for any subscription for my contract.
But this one was different, it started to deduct off my account each day, it started on saturday and I tried to phone the number to tell them what the hell but their office hours are 9am to 5pm mon to friday blah blah. So I phoned virgin mobile, my current operator and asked them about it to which they replied they dont do the subscription thing and I must phone another number.
Now the thing that bugs me is what right did these spammer have to access my account and debit my account with R20 a day.
Has anyone else had an experience like this and if so what did u do to get your money back?
