Has anyone used VCpay successfully with PayPal?

Hi mybroadband, this is my first post here.
I need to order a few gigs on fiverr (www.fiverr.com), but they only accept paypal and bitcoins.
I created a VCpay account already (waiting for them to approve my ID and proof of residence to unlock international payments) and a paypal account. I don't need to verify my account as I'm only going to make a few $5 payments over the next week or so. Does anybody know if this will work?

Just to clarify, it is the PayPal account that I don't need to verify, I'm verifying my VCpay account.

I stopped using VCPay as it became just too unreliable. I found I ended up having to create multiple cards before one would work. I used them for years. I suspect the 3D secure enforcement has caused issues.

Anyway, I use my Capitec card for international payments and never an issue. Its not my primary bank account so minimal risk if it gets compromised.
