Has MTN sorted out their billing system?

Just opened my MTN statement.
WOW, finally sorted! My account has always been double billed from day one. No amount
of visits to the 'customer care' centrte could get it sorted. Anyway, now I see a CREDIT for R500 odd, bringing the account in line with what it should be. No more 'overdue' amount!.

Anyone else see their account sorted?

No, they've now moved on to victimising other people. I did not have issues before but last night received an SMS on each of my MTN cells stating that the debit order had bounced and that I needed to make payment immediately to avoid suspension. Debit orders did go through two weeks ago. After holding on for an hour and 10 minutes I logged a complaint on Hello Peter.

Yep they have now moved on to sending harassing smses to people who have already paid their bills and have never been in arrears at anytime. I got the sms too but gave their call center a piece of my mind.

I received two letters in the mail, threatening to break my various appendages e.g. arms etc if the account wasn't settled immediately.

Called their customer call-centre, only to be told that the account was fully up-to-date ....!

I'm currently not sure who has the worst accounts department: MTN or the world-class [???] Johannesburg City :mad:

LOL, I also rec that SMS last night, but then this morning I got a SMS saying 'sorry we did'nt mean it' :)
 
Ever since that new billing system went live MTN has had SO many frikkin problems. Maybe they are starting to iron them out now...
