Has MTN's Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.3 Update disappeared?

A couple of days ago I received a notification on my Galaxy Note 2 that Android 4.3 was available to download. I didn't want to download the update at the time so I decided to postpone it for a few days.

Now I cannot seem to download the update any more. When I go into settings and check for a software update, it says Im already on the latest version (Its currently on 4.1.2). Has MTN pulled the update off the shelves?

Perhaps since there are some issues with 4.3.

OK. Well in that case it may have been a good idea I didn't download it when it showed up the first time

My 4.3 update has also vanished... Not sure what service provider my phone came from (though I'm sure its not Vodacom or Cell C but definitely local stock)... Anyway, I was gonna root and install DN3 when I come back from holiday

My update is also gone. Maybe because there was some issues with 4.3

Sitting in my local the wifi keeps on getting disabled though it works fine when I reconnect:

This could cost the unaware a packet in OOB fees.

Why not look in the Note 2 thread, especially Kingrob's hassles with 4.3
