Greetings
OK, I am beginning to feel a little paranoid...
My Internet connection has completely died... well, my ability to torrent has:

So I want to phone NeoTel to see what is happening with the fault I reported last week:
1) My NeoTel phone is just playing a solid tone, and when I attempt to phone 0800333636 it seems to go through, but there is nothing on the other end of the line... it is deadly quiet.
2) I try to phone 0800333636 from my cell phone (something I have done many times in the past)... "The subscriber you have dialled is unavailable, please try again later".
3) I go to www.neotel.co.za in Firefox... nothing comes up.
4) www.neotel.co.za works in IE, though. Urgh!
OK seriously.... What the Frak?
Are they purposefully ignoring me? Was it something I said?
