Have I made a mistake choosing Afrihost

Fibre is installed but I am waiting more than a week for my router to arrive. Told by afrihost its here in durban but their courier company says its in joburg. Afrihost told me the courier company tried to phone me but had the wrong number but will deliver tomorrow. CCD told me they will deliver on thursday. Today is 10 days and the tracking on the app says its with afrihost. This is unacceptable and something I expect from home affairs not a private company. My account has already been debited. I really want to change ISP as I don't trust afrihost anymore.
 
"Stuff" happens. It's a minor blip... wait until you are up and running before making any hasty decisions. I doubt if you will regret it. Just a little patience!

You're right, I'm sure it's just a technicality. :)

Um, Yes maybe if you had a choice of ISPs to choose from for your fibre service .... ;) :whistle:
