Have network but no data

So I ordered my sim card last week Monday and got it on Wednesday and it was then activated on Thursday. Since then I had network connectivity but no data, so nothing would load. I figured I'd wait a few days and I wasn't always in areas with coverage but this week has been the same.

I contacted rain yesterday and they escalated my issue. Still waiting on a response.

Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem?

Hi how did you fix this problem. Have the same issue. Could you tell me how you entered the apn?
