have some issue while using VOX telecom adsl account

i couldn't open any website since 1st of this month,it shows "Data Bundle Limit Exceeded".But in fact i has been allocated 50GB data already ,i can see those data is available in vox telecom's portal,just couldn;t use it. that's very annoying
