I know this is an old thread but just in case anyone is wanting to buy from these people. This is my experience.

Everyone be very careful when buying from these people. They claim to be selling refurbished products but they are just old machines. I purchased multiple laptops from them which came with pirate copies of Windows, and most recently I purchased a couple of “Refurbished” desktop towers which arrived and after running a diagnostic on them realized that both hard drives in the machines had failed. To which I spoke to Melody and requested a replacement, as how can they sell damaged goods? And was told I would need to pay for new ones as they don’t do any diagnostic testing they just turn the machine on and if it comes on then that’s the extent of tests done. So I ended up having to go and purchase 2 x brand new hard drives to install in my supposed “Refurbished” machines. So be very CAREFUL when buying products from them.

I remember some years they were selling portable 4G routers. A friend called me and suggested we purchase them for resale. Took a chance on that one, struck a deal, went to pick up the routers in a scary part of JHB, behind Carlton centre if my memory serves me correctly.
We sold all the routers in a month. I still have one somewhere in my spares bin. I wouldn't buy anything from them though, that could have just been a lucky catch
