How does the free reward credit back work?

Does not seem that everyone is eligible , in my notifications or emails they send a message that my order could be free. Or search for Freereward in the app, and it may take you to screen. Add something from there to your cart and checkout from that screen to spin. I had mostly 30% back and on occasion 40% back - to maximum of R1000.

You have to to go in everyday over 7 days and claim the credit though.

Anyone had a Speedaf delivery yet?

Slow af so far for order placed on 7th, now I get a delivery notification this morning but nothing was delivered to me.

What do I do now?

I WA'd Speedaf but no reply yet.

I've got a response from Meili. They actually sent me an invoice:

My items don't don't qualify for customs duty, but then they charge R367.50 for import VAT on R1332 worth of items.
Meanwhile the actual calculation of VAT=((Customs Value+10% thereof)+Non-rebated duties)×15% is R219.78, not R367.50.
I've sent them a message with my temu invoices and calculation lol
Let's see how this goes.

Also got the same, Speedaf want to charge me over 50% vat on my Temu order. I told them no I wont be paying that, let's see what they say. Buffalo and Fastway used to charge correct amounts.
I also complained to Temu support, you guys should do the same

What did Temu support say when you contacted them?

Did you eventually manage to sort this out?

Not yet, Temu support agents are a bit generic (actual agents not automated chat), but they said they will investigate. I've also emailed Meili and Speedaf asking for answers, no reply yet. I think the more reports they get the higher chance something gets fixed.
I suspect there's incorrect amounts being sent from Speedaf to Meili who I think just does the clearing locally.
