having 2 accounts at the same time

guys my modem is set to use a 30G local, just want to know if i manually dial another international dsl account using windows will it have priority over the local one? basically all my traffic will go through the international one, right? and my local stays unused? or both of em get used at the same time?

put ur router into Half-Bridge.. then you can dial in cool

i can already dial and connect, what i am asking is whether internet activities use the manual one only?
