Having Online Game Issues

Hi All,

I have a telkom premium combo router. Any games i try to play online don't work.

Tested it with WOW and Dawn of War.

Are there any specific settings that need to be changed to allow for these games to work?

Can it be the firewall blocking these games?

Sounds like a firewall issue to me :/

The router firewall is enabled. No other firewalls are in the enviroment.

I am checking the router firewall for ay settings that might be causing issues.

Can be blocked by premium combo firewall...

You can turn it off by following this steps:

- access router interface (if router address not changed, it should be 10.0.0.2)
-Select configuration on the left side
-Select firewall
-If it request username&password... (Default one is admin & administrator)
-Just below security state, tick 'disabled' on firewall,& Intrusion detection enabled should also be disabled, then hit 'change state' button
-Select 'Save Config' on the left below Configuration, the hit 'Save' Button on the right side...

-Try access the games again
