Having some issues

I recently changed my ISP from Telkom to axxess, and after having my line down for a couple weeks owing to Telkom's ineptitude, I've finally got it working again on Tuesday (they had to drive to "the exchange" and change some card or another, according to the techie they sent over).

Now the problem is that I can't seem to connect to any online games. When I try to access the games, the loader/updater freezes, or it tells me it can't connect. Part of the main reasons we got this connection is to play online games, and now I'm completely unable to play any of them.

If anyone can help me with this issue I'd greatly appreciate it.

Perhaps the 'updater' needs updating?

Download the software again?
