Having some major connection issues. (MWEB)

My line was working optimally for a while and about 2 days ago my connection has been borderline unusable for anything latency related such as gaming.

I have a 1meg uncapped line.

My ping has been a consistent 20ms on Speedtest with 0.88 Down and 0.44 up.

Now my ping is fluctuating from anywhere between 80ms and 600ms and my down and up speeds are abysmal and fluctuating as well.

I am in the Witbank area.
