HAVP server down

From yesterday I had the following occur sometimes when accessing a site: http://mybroadband.co.za/photos/showphoto.php?photo=989&cat=500

The message basically says that the server is down and then if you refresh the page, the expected result appears. It has so far happened to me on two sites, the latest one mybroadband.

Anybody have any idea what it is about?

HAVP is an anti virus proxy server.

http://www.server-side.de/

The proxy may be down. Disable the proxy, to make sure you still have an internet connection, if you can connect then its a problem with HAVP else its the internet connection itself, and the error means HAVP cannot make connections.
