So a relative took our car in to get it cleaned and I noticed this morning that the instrument cluster is all hazy now. I'm thinking about ordering some Novus Acrylic Scratch remover online, but I'm open to suggestions.

I think it's whatever cleaner they used, or maybe a contaminated rag. What is causing it?
Is it perhaps some moisture from over enthusiastic cleaning that has got behind the panel causing it to fog up?
If it's moisture it should clear up completely once it dries out.I think it's whatever cleaner they used, or maybe a contaminated rag.
EDIT - on closer inspection maybe it is moisture.
Was it this carwash?I think it's whatever cleaner they used, or maybe a contaminated rag.

I'm going to hit it with a hairdryer tomorrow and see what happens. If it's moisture it should clear up completely once it dries out.
I would avoid that car wash in future.
Was it this carwash?
I'm hoping the heat helps. Otherwise I've got that Novus Acrylic Scratch stuff on order with amazon. I can always cancel the order or just return it.I had the same problem, went to fancy place. they used some acetone or cleaner than reacts with the plastic.
not moisture - i waited a week for it to 'dry out', never happened, but then didn't get a chance to go to the car wash to complain.
the only thing is that the didn't mess the whole instrument cluster up as they realized a 3rd of way in that they were making the plastic opaque.
Why didn't I think of that...UHMM Take it back so the carwash sort our their mess?
Furniture polish was the second thing I tried after my trusty Woosh cleaner.Furniture polish and a good scrub with a microfibre cloth, just clean it first with some sunlight in water.
