Hey guys,

This question was asked before here: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...e-tv.-possible?highlight=HD+signal+in+bedroom but it was a while ago and I dont think thats the only solution.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the HD channels in HD in multiple bedrooms of a house? Currently our house is wired with coaxial with the distribution center being in our lounge and all the end points being in the 3 bedrooms of the house. I would like to get HDMI feeds to each bedroom from my HD PVR. Is this possible over Coaxial using some sort of conversion or is my only solution to relay cat5 or HDMI cables with repeaters? Im refraining on doing the latter due to the fact that I am building a new house and dont want to spend un necessarily. Due to the fact that the house will only be reayd in about 1.5 years, i would like something in the interim?

Any ideas? Has anyone done this before?

Thanks!

Check the HDCabling website, these guys are pretty good. I split a HDMI signal to 2 rooms, using equipement from these guys.

Cat5/6 is the way to go. We have a 4-way Cat6 extender available. Single Cat6 to every point. You can keep the RF for remote control through TVlinks.
