HD Gaming

Okay so..

I Can't seem to figure out if most of my games I play are running in HD..

How do I check this and what not?

The monitor is HD and Graphics is a Nvidia 9800GTX..

Control Panel says they are HDCP Ready..

I run most games at 1920@1080..

Does this mean they are HD or not?

I'm just bloody confused..

I would say mostly.
Yes you will definitely then be able to run standard HD (1280x720 - or 720p) but while you may get to 1920x1080 it doesn't mean full HD. You get 1080i and 1080p. If you have a LCD screen only, then chances are high you are running in full HD. If you have a LCD/LED/3D tv however, check to see whether it is HD ready (1080i) or Full HD (1080p). The main difference is how they handle the vertical aspect of the resolution.
