Hello Everyone
Yesterday I purchased the 2 tuner PVR decoder because I am sick and tired of my SD decoders always needing to be replaced due to the tv-link issues, so far its as expected however I cant add any of the HD channels to my favorites list, and I cant access these channels without keying their numbers i.e. pressing p+ or p- wont tune them unless I've already keyed them in.
I've searched the web to no avail. :(
Does anyone know of a solution so I can add them to my favorites list and scroll (if that's the correct term) to them using the p+ p- buttons, or am I missing something blatantly obvious?
Thanks for any feedback! :D

Firstly which software version are you on? Menu > Info > Hardware > Loader Status > Load Ver - it should be L31
Otherwise when you push TV Guide do you have a "My Channels" option?
If not then your decoder is not ready for the October changes, to update Menu > Advanced Options (9949) > DSD Upgrade

Thanks that did the trick!, one more question does the automatic DSD upgrade feature "work", because I set it to 3am yesterday and then did it manually about 20min ago as suggested. :o

Not really... software is generally pushed to decoders when its available, if its not pushed like this software was a month or so ago then it seems it needs to be manually updated

Decoder had probably being sitting in stock for a while. Just leave it plugged in and you will be fine.
