Bought an HD PVR 2P last year. Now during bootup, it gets stuck on 2==2 and makes a horrific clicking noise like a HDD head smashing into a brick wall. Took it back to HiFi Corp, who much to my surprise offered to exchange it for me when they get stock on monday. :wtf: WIN!
Has anyone else had issues with this decoder? How long is it designed to last? Mine always ran very hot even on standby, despite being well ventilated. Might be worth taking an extended warranty.
