Ok so i recently bought me the HD PVR 2P (2 weeks ago)
On Saturday while i was cleaning my apartment i accidentally kicked over the water bucket and i guess some water went into the adapter then the plugs trips. I tried drying it with a hair dryer and let it stand for a day hoping when it's dry it will still work.
Yesterday i then tried to connect it again (Without connecting it to the decoder) a spark went off and i guess the power supply is busted. The green light does not show when plugging it in (tried various sockets).
So my question is could this water damage affect the decoder when it tripped (hopefully not) - damaging it in some way.
If not then I just need to buy another power supply - where can i purchase one in PTA and how much do they go for.
