HD PVR - can pause but cannot unpause

I thought I'd post this here before going to the DSTv forum.

I had my dish installed and account activated, all is working fine except the pause function. It will pause but it doesn't allow me to unpause The only way to unpause is to change channel. Any suggestions?

Check that your subcription with DSTV is properly activated - the PVR section of the subscription. They even have to remove if sometimes and add it again to rectifiy the situation

Thanks, I'll check tomorrow morning. Something else thats irked me is the coloured buttons do not have text underneath them telling me what they are. Should I be looking for a better remote?

Well I think they removed the text below the buttons, because the colour coded buttons can differ from menu screen to menu screen (see the legend at the bottom of each screen)

But the most important, red brings up the playlist and blue still brings up the bookmarks/buffer
