HD PVR not recording

Hi

I have the older HDPVR, the big silver one. I recently formatted the HD which was too full of stuff the wife recorded and didnt want anymore. I did it from "advanced" menu with pin 9949.

Now whenever i try to record something it simply does not record.

What can I do

Post on their forum, they can be quite helpful there. Even call you back instead of dealing with the awful call centre.
