HD PVR questions

Now my Q... I have a SD PVR with 2 cables running into it from the LNB, I want to get a HD PVR. What else would I need so that I can use the 2 together and feed signal to 3 x TV's (2 are LCD)

Apparently its only applicable to the new UEC models but will soon be activated on the other PVR versions

Well, I'm hoping that my setup will always be excluded from the limitation. That link you mentioned has this from MC: "I say "may" as it depends on the equipment you are using and how they have (or have not) implemented copy protection" - so I assume that the technology is already implemented, and it doesn't affect me. From what I have read, it has affected people with both types of HD pvr.

Copy pretection is active on both the PACE and UEC HD-PVR's.

If you are unaffected then either your HD-PVR does not have the latest software or your particular DVD Recorder model ignores this type of copy protection.

Get a 2x6 multiswitch from Space TV (+- R400), 4 extra co-axial cables with 8 connecters, and then feed another co-axial through the house after it has passed through both decoders.

Is there anyone that actually owns a PACE and is completely happy with it ?
I'm not completely happy but I have a Pace & a UEC and the Pace gets 85% of the use
