HD PVR remote and Sinotec

Can anyone confirm the the HD PVR remote works with the Sinotec 47 " please ? If it does, does it use 02911 as code ?

If the answer to both the questions is yes, then it would seem that the receiver thingy on my TV "broke"

Mine works on my 42" with that code. I assume you pushed the right arrow waiting for your screen to turn off?

So I did. Was a last ditch effort to put the blame on my Sinotec remote. Seems my TV is the culprit......and NOT the easiest of things to take back to Makro . Won't attempt it over festive season anyway. Will have to make do without PiP

What a mission for what is probably a 5 min repair job, Luke > Makro > Sinotec > Makro > Luke
I would call Sinotec and see if there isnt an easier solution

Will give them a call. First need to pop in at Makro with the remote to make sure the thing actually works. Not looking forward to carting that beast around....
