Someone please help me understand this, I can't believe this is correct. I recently got the HD PVR, "joined" it to my SD PVR, paid for Xtraview and joined the world of HD. Both PVR's are downstairs, where the one tv is, the other tv is upstairs. What I dont understand is how the remotes seem to work. The new HD remote operates both PVR's at the same time (so when I hit channel 200, both PVR's go to channel 200), and apparently the SD remote only operates the SD PVR (still to be confirmed). So if I am upstairs watching tv via the SD pvr, and the kids are downstairs watching on HD pvr, they change channels and it changes my channel upstairs as it operates both PVR's. Is this correct? Surely not! If so, how are you meant to work around this?
