I watched the Wales v England test yesterday and was extremely dissapointed in the experience. I was expecting a much more vivid and sharp picture quality.
My nephew who lives in Canada raved about the last FIFA World Cup. He said that he could see the blades of grass and sweat on the players in greater detail than his normal viewing.
Please share your experiences. Good or Bad.

Yes the picture details was poor for HD - It also looked like the picture Refresh time was slow. i.e. as if the previous frame was still visible.

I must say it does vary by event. Some events are crystal clear, and yes you can see the grass, and others, whilst in HD, is a marginal improvement on SD. It may have something to do with the frame rates.
