Does anyone know of a decently priced data recovery service?
My 1.5 TB Seagate crashed on me - is now ticking like a metronome.
There's a load of photos on there I'd like to get back - including wedding photos.

Thanks guys. That looks perfect. Its a pity they don't have offices in Jozi. But hey, beggars can't be choosers.

Well it's not really an issue as you can use speed services. If you want something closer try Imperative Technology (ask for Johnny) I've used them a few times before.

is expensive but worth it for those files you think you lost for all time.

Recovery programs won't help when the drive is constantly ticking, which indicates some internal damage. Best to send it to an expert.
