hdd seagate vs western digital

so i'm looking for a secondary hdd, mostly to keep all my series on and found 2 2Gb ones for what i think is a reasonable price. the price difference is +-r60, and the only other real difference to me is the WD which has 3yrs warranty and the SG which is only 2yrs

the 2 i am looking at: WD and Seagate

which would be the better brand and buy?

Go for the superior warranty, as ALL HDD's are prone to failure.

the wd runs much cooler than the seagate. got 5 x 2tb wd. and 3 x 2tb & 5 x 1.5tb & 5 x 1tb. the only drives that failed on me in the past five years were 2 x 1.5tb seagates and 1 x 1tb.
