just a quick one i want to use my lcd monitor with my xbox and i have a hdmi to dvi converter and ten just connect my xbox like this hdmi >>> to dvi via conterter >>> dvi into monitor, my question is will it work???

Nope, HDMI (DVI) is a digital connection meaning the signal is either there or not there (binary 0 or 1) so there's no signal degradation. Also, HDMI and DVI are essentially the same, except that HDMI also carries the audio signal whereas DVI is video-only.

Generic Logic3 VGA cable. The best 3rd-party VGA cable available

The cheapest I can get an official one is R400 ... not cheap

Price! And the generic ones don't come with a audio dongle for plugging into a PC.
