HDMI splitter into HDMI and Toslink

I'm wondering if this is at all possible or if it exists.

Basically I'm looking for an HDMI splitter that I can plug HDMI into like my PVR/XBOX/Mede8or/Camera etc and it splits the audio onto optical for my amp and video onto the HDMI for my telly. So 5 HDMI in with 1 HDMI out to telly and 1 optical out to the amp.

Basically I can't afford to upgrade my amp to a decent one, they're about 7K so I'd rather use the splitter.

I've never heard of Candi, but HD Cabling definitely has HDMI splitters with optical out - http://www.hdcabling.co.za/

I can get you this one and a 4-way selector, but it's already half the price of that amp.
