HDMI Switch Audio

So i had a idea
I want to take my PS4 away from my TV and use it on my second PC monitor (A cheap old Dell IPS screen i forgot the full name)
but i still want to use it as a second monitor for my PC
so i thought about getting a HDMI switch but the problem i have is the audio
i see most HDMI switches don't have any means of outputting audio i know the screen doesn't ether
But then i found this one

does that mean i can plug speakers in it?
or does anyone know a better solution for getting an audio output

If you have a New World shop close to you they also sell an 4xHDMI 4K Switch with an audio extractor for R699
I plug an amplifier and speakers into the audio output
I use it with a Mi TV Box
