We've had an HDPVR for a while now. It is installed in the lounge near the SDPVR. We've been able to watch channels from the HDPVR in our bedroom(and other rooms) up until yesterday. Yesterday we took the SDPVR to Multichoice to have the smart card upgrade done. This was required to do before the end of May or else they would continue to bill us twice for the service. Anyway. Up until then we had access to the HDPVR's channels on all the other tv's in the house but now they've disappeared. I have tuned the tvs again but that channel is missing. In addition to this we were led to believe we could use the HDPVR remote in our room, using a ellies wizard blaster or a Multichoice linkeye, to change channels via the HDPVR but that doesn't work either.
I just wanted to know if anyone has a HDPVR together with the SDPVR and are able to watch and control channels from the HDPVR in other rooms (not the room the pvr is in)?
