I dont know what vodacom did but my network connection is flying.Since that vpn string talktime was credited back to me,i am getting fast gprs connection.I mean really faster than dialup,nogal on a class 10 gprs device.
Did you vodacom upgrade your boxed network.

ok what happened was that my bundles was not being used,when i accessed and downloaded of the internet.I checked my ppdb and saw non was used,this after i used the internet for a week.SO i checked the airtime balance and it was 1 rand left from 89 rand.Was i furious,I phoned vc and they said my modem initialization's string was wrong (internetvpn),It was suppose to be just the ("internet").
the "internetvpn" one bypasses your data bundles.I got my talktime back after a week,vc gave it back.
Since this has happened i have a faster connection now
