I was looking at the reviews of the xonar st and saw one comment saying that the card is only worthwhile if you get the DT880 with a ohm rating of 600. So now I'm a bit confused with this ohm and driver business...
I thought that the sennheiser 598 or the audio technica 50mx would have been enough or even the 419's. I currently have the 202's which will have to do after I get the xonar st however at this stage I'm not sure which headphones to match to the card to give at least a good performance without having me to sell off a liver or kidney.
Anyone please care to explain why someone would say that 600ohm is the only option of if its just a silly comment.
