I threw a the mother of hissy fits today with MTN.
I terminated my data contract with them because they incorrectly billed my R454 out-of-bundle which I was not.
I raised the issue 2 months ago in person at 14th Avenue. Today my phone service (data service was linked to it) got terminated and needless to say all hell broke loose. The guy at the receiving end of 808 will probably never forget this as his training did not cover dealing with extreme irate customers. I refused to put the phone down and been on the line for 45 minutes, during which time I also drove to 14th avenue again, having him online and having the receptionist's phone with a billing person on the other.
And I'm not done yet. . . watch this space.
