If one is going to be overseas for a few months a year, is there a better option than paying health insurance monthly in SA when you can't use it while overseas? I've phoned around, but no health insurer seems to offer a package where you only pay when you're in SA. I can't pay six months or more for something I can never use. What other options are there?
