It's the Bamix blender...

And the thing is unbelieveable. It has completely replaced my food processor, pessel and mortar and spice machine. It turns fresh nutmeg and turmeric into ground spice in seconds. And home-made mayo takes less than a minute, including getting all the ingredients out of the cupboard. It's an expensive machine, but well, well worth it.

For a hand blender it is considered expensive, but the de luxe model costs more than that iirc. Think it cost me about R3k. But well worth the money...
