Cant recall exactly, but there was a Subway diet hype a few years ago.

Should work just like any diet, as long as your calorie intake is less than what you burn.

Yes, but the ratios in vegetable oils is unbalanced, its skewed more on the omega 6s. Ideally you want your diet to be predominately omega 3s
If people are eating takeaways every day, then definitely it would be a health concern. Moderation is important.

Subway is heavy on the processed meats and the really cheap nasty kind of processed meats.
 
Besides Kauai, who else sells meals that are close to being healthy. I think Kauai are great, but need some variety/alternatives.


These guys have awesome frozen meals, a bit small for my liking but they're healthy and delicious.

Woolies rotisserie chicken, warm Baguette or Portuguese rolls, some salad leaves & tomato, a bit of mayo, ranch or dressing of your choice and you are munching on the health train plus you have cold chicken for tomorrow you can use in a salad or a million other healthy ways..
 
Since when did roast chicken become healthy? :laugh:
