I've only been on the other side of it. First off, best of luck. The procedure has improved greatly but it's still a massive operation and a shock to the body. Please remember to look after yourself mentally as well before and afterwards. The shock to the body can translate to things like depression afterwards.

Thanks. I've had the op already was a big shock, expected a Stent or two and ended up with a quadruple bypass. But I've only myself top blame really, smoked too much. Op was on 1st August, but wanted to find out about recovery etc. from someone who has been through it.
