Hearthstone basically unplayable during "peak" hours

I posted about this earlier, but I am still having a problem with lag and disconnects with Hearthstone that I didn't used to have. I have however managed to isolate the problem a bit further. Basically, it's during peak hours (5pm to +-11 pm). I didn't have this problem at all until the game went into open beta.

As I am typing this, I was playing. Then 5 PM, bam, massive lag, get to watch my opponent making turns while I can do squat. This is very annoying considering I am basically given an automatic loss if I playing Arena.

Is it possible this is ISP related or Blizzard buckling during peak hours? I am on Openweb.

Why not try another ISP and find out? Both Afrihost and Web Africa offer free 1gig accounts.

I have a 1 gig afrihost lying around, but my router is a POS that's a pain to set up (doesn't even have bridge mode so I can't just dial out from my PC), so I was hoping someone else on OW could provide some feedback. I guess I'll just have to do it the old fashioned way.
