Holy crap im struggling with MTN...

Im ordering a Netbook data bundle, the data stick came no problem, but the netbook is taking forever.. I phoned the redeem center, because I had to change my address for the delivery of this thing, the lady of the phone was highly irritated, and later on started raising her voice and shouting at me "stop confusing me!"... I just put the phone down, didnt want to lose it.

Who the hell can I talk to to escalate this? I dont want to deal with these redeem center people anymore...
 
call 808 & ask to speak to a shift/teamleader.

Just tell the person that answers that you need to speak to a senior person because you not getting help from the co-workers.
 
Thanks, called the Netbook delivery company, escalated to their manager, the lady was quite bedonnerd :)

Address now updated and the idiot calldesk agent will be reprimanded, Thanks.

They should have had good PR skills & they would not have gotten into trouble
